Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains your rights and our practices for refunds and cancellations on ListCraft AI at https://listcraft.shop (the “Service”). It is designed to comply with EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Lithuanian Civil Code.

1. Free Tier

The 3 free listings included with every account are provided at no charge. Because no payment has been made, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and no refund is possible.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of your first charge, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email support@listcraft.shopwith the subject “Withdrawal” and the email address on your account. We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used (Stripe).

3. Waiver of the Withdrawal Right

Under EU law, for digital services where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, we can waive the 14-day period.

When you start a paid subscription, our checkout presents a clear consent checkbox. By ticking it, you confirm:

  • You request immediate access to the Service.
  • You acknowledge that, once the Service has been fully performed, you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you do not tick the checkbox, the full 14-day withdrawal right in Section 2 applies.

4. After 14 Days (or After Waiver)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting support@listcraft.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, because the Service is a monthly subscription.

5. Defects and Service Issues

If the Service is unavailable, materially defective, or fails to deliver the core feature (AI-generated Etsy listing) for reasons on our side, we will, at our option:

  • Restore access / re-run the affected generation at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a pro-rata refund for the affected billing period.

AI-generated output is provided “AS IS” (see Terms of Service, Section 4). Quality dissatisfaction with an AI-generated listing is not, by itself, a basis for refund, because the user is responsible for reviewing and approving the output before use.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster by email and we will refund where the Refund Policy allows. Unfounded chargebacks in violation of this Policy may result in account suspension.

7. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides an online platform for consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
