These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ListCraft AI at https://listcraft.shop (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ListCraft AI is an AI-powered tool that temporarily processes your product photo and short description to generate optimized Etsy listings. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload
• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before using it on Etsy
• Complying with Etsy’s rules and all applicable laws

3. Data Processing & Deletion

Uploaded photos and descriptions are processed temporarily and automatically deleted immediately after your listing is generated. We do not store or retain your uploaded content.

4. AI-Generated Content

All outputs are generated by a third-party AI model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated listing before publishing it on Etsy or anywhere else.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the images and text you upload.
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely to generate the listing.
• You own the AI-generated outputs.

6. No Warranty & Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Service or your uploaded content.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
